It’s October, have you been to an apple orchard yet? We usually go to one of our local orchards in mid-October. We went a couple weeks ago and the weather was nearly perfect. We drank copious amounts of hot apple cider, ate fried biscuits with apple butter, apple slices with caramel, and apple cobbler.
Yeah, we may have arrived hungry and eaten loads of sugary goodness, but it’s okay. We only do it once a year. Apparently all the apples we ingested while at the orchard weren’t enough because we came home with another bushel of them.
As I stared at my large assortment of apples, I resigned to finding some new apple recipes online. After scouring the web for a couple hours, I found many yummy looking apple creations. In fact, I found 30.
